Terms & Conditions for Aim 2 Succeed
Process
We will
spend time with you identifying and clarifying exactly what it
is you require. Having agreed the scope, we will send you an outline
to ensure we both understand what is required, the time and financial
constraints involved and how success will be measured. Once this
has been agreed we will confirm if the client would like to proceed
and will request invoice details.
Bookings
Aim
2 Succeed will accept a booking as confirmed once invoice details
have been received (contact and address to which the invoice should
be sent or Purchase Order number, if appropriate). Cancellation
terms will then be applicable if events are cancelled at short
notice (see below).
Payment
The fees and expenses agreed for consultancy or training arrangements
will be invoiced the week of delivery. As we are not sending invoices
out in advance of delivery, we expect payment within 4 weeks of
invoice. If we do not receive prompt payment we reserve the right to charge interest and costs of recovery in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 (as amended). If we do not receive prompt payment we may need to invoice
for subsequent work 6 weeks prior to delivery.
Fees quoted do not include VAT and this will be added at the standard
rates.
Cancellation or Postponement
Any
notice of cancellation or postponement must be given in writing.
In the event of cancellation or postponement of agreed consultancy
or training, the following charges will apply:
-
Any expenses incurred by Aim 2 Succeed (eg accommodation, travel,
cancellation fees, etc).
-
Notice of less than 4 weeks, 100% cancellation fee will be incurred.
-
Between 4 and 6 weeks a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred
and any fees for preparation and work completed.
-
No credit, transfer or refund can be given for cancellations.
- If
Aim 2 Succeed cancels a course, alternative dates will be offered.
If these are not suitable any fees already received will be
fully and immediately refunded.
Please
note - Aim 2 Succeed reserves the right to:
- Move
a course to an alternative venue for operational reasons.
-
Modify the course content to ensure continuous improvement of
the product.
-
Cancel a course at short notice due to operational difficulties
or where delegate numbers do not reach the minimum required
to operate the course.
-
Ask delegates to leave a course on grounds of poor conduct or
lack of commitment and not to refund the fee.
All
Aim 2 Succeed contracts will be governed by and construed in all
respects in accordance with the laws of England.
